At Auto One, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Auto One account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping packaging or a secure mailing box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
